The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has a published a series of guides, codes and advice on how to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). What our happy customers are saying
I am truly impressed with how secure this software is. I work purely online and this will put a lot of my client's minds at ease, knowing how secure/confidential it is. Thank you for developing something so unique and affordable for independent practitioners like myself.
I've been using HiDoq for a little while now and it is great. I needed a tool that just works, and HiDoq works like a charm. Patient find it easy to use which means no more spending the first 5 minutes saying, "Can you hear me now? How about now?"

What reassures me and my patients, is that it's a direct call. We don't send any data to a 3rd party or overseas, so it's secure and protects us both. Telehealth is going to make healthcare more accessible, economical and equitable in the future, so it's great to know we can keep conversations confidential.

I discovered HiDoq when I was searching for a platform that facilitated secure video consultations. It is exceptionally easy to use and has enabled video consultations to be had with any patients who have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer. The ability to selectively screen share and include up to 4 participants has been appreciated by many of my patients who like to view their blood count results or who want to include family members in the consultation.

I am new to Telehealth and have only been using it since COVID-19. I am impressed by the ease of use both for me and my patients. The response to queries is almost immediate which is very reassuring. The added and crucial benefit of the online security [virtual waiting room] makes it a "no-brainer" choice for me.
